No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that have been delivered, including items that are unopened, unworn, or in their original packaging.

This policy helps us ensure that every Infideli piece reaches its recipient in new, hygienic condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopinfideli.com.

If we confirm that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may request that you provide additional information before a resolution is issued.

Please include:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because many Infideli pieces are made to order, cancellations or changes may only be possible before production or fulfillment begins. Contact us as soon as possible at support@shopinfideli.com. Once an order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Shipping Issues

For delivery delays, lost packages, or packages marked delivered but not received, please contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, review available next steps under the carrier’s policies. Infideli is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
